The entry rules and any dispute, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or at all associated with the entry rules (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Irish law.
The photographer should be the writer of the pictures submitted in his/her/their name.
All submissions will be judged by Waterford Film Festival Committees appointed by the Festival Director.
Their reports and decisions are final and confidential.
Applicants can submit around 3 images per submission if they wish.
However, if applicants want to submit more than 3 images they need to fill out another form and pay another fee.

• We are searching for good movies, and we think there are lots of movies that have been made, however the filmmakers, for reasons uknown, have not been able to distribute their films.
• Writers will abide by contest instructions, FAQ’S, rules, guidelines and regulations.

If your Film get’s to be selected because the OPENING NIGHT FILM you need to provide a digital high-resolution file (.MOV or MPG4 – NO DCP).
Non Spanish language films must provide Spanish subtitles.
All Spanish language films must definitely provide English subtitles.
Every officially selected film with non-Spanish dialogue MUST provide a DCP with Spanish subtitles.
